An Arizona homebuilder is bringing something different to the North Texas market.
NexMetro Communities’ new projects in Plano and McKinney will have luxury homes in a high-density gated community.
But they won’t be for sale.
The small two- and three-bedroom detached houses will be leased.
The first 122-home community will start opening this fall in Plano. The Avilla Premier community is on Premier Drive west of U.S. Highway 75. The first of the single-story homes will be ready for move-in in November.
The builder plans to start work later this year on a 12-acre, 118-home community in North McKinney called Avilla Northside. Read More >
