Bisnow Media sells its multi-city enterprise for $50 million

Bisnow Media, the eponymous business chatterbox founded by a D.C. entrepreneur, has been ­acquired by a private-equity firm for an estimated $50 million.

The purchase by the New York-based Wicks Group closed earlier this month. Founder Mark Bisnow and Ryan Begelman, who served as vice chairman and also owned part of the company, have left the business, Bisnow said.  Read More >
