The case studies below show the variety of land sales expertise that we provide.  As you can see, our experience includes infill lots for townhome and condo builders to subdivided acreage lots, large farm and ranch properties, suburban tracts over 1,000 acres, and commercial development sites along major interstates and highways.

Below is an example of marketing 9 subdivide lots to individual buyers in Rowlett TX.  A home builder owned the lots and we were able to get more money for him by selling individual lots than what the land developers and large home builders were offering. He bought the land before the GFC and rode out the storm, and we were able to get all of the lots sold and the asset liquid.  Our extensive use of aerial video and photos gave buyers a great view of the lots.

Represented seller on this suburban tract of land below totaling 1,119 acres on the Austin County – Colorado County line. No MLS or Loopnet was required as the property was marketed directly to potential buyers and real estate brokers.  

The 965-acre hunting ranch pictured below in Lavaca County TX was sold during the Covid shutdown. Represented the sellers.
