Developer Crescent Communities is giving a first look at what it plans to build in North Oak Cliff.
The North Carolina-based builder has contracted to purchase a block at Zang Boulevard and Davis Street near the Bishop Arts District.
The property is now owned by Dallas County Schools.
Crescent Communities plans to build a four to six-story complex of buildings on the property that will house a mixed-use project, according to new plans filed with the City of Dallas.
The project – called Crescent Bishop Arts – includes 300 apartments, 10,000 square feet of retain and 13,000 square feet of restaurants. There’s also a 7-story parking garage. Read More >
